You could be arrested for using mouthwash says AA, here's why

Automobile Association of SA's explained why it's proposed government lower the blood-alcohol level for motorists to 0.02%.

It criticised the Transport Ministry's plan, a few months ago, to move the legal limit from zero-point-zero-5 grams per 100ml of blood to zero.
The AA made submissions to Parliament last week, saying that approach would affect non-drinkers.
The Association's Layton Beard says the use of mouthwash or other medications that contains alcohol, "And you will be in contravention of this law."

"Our concern is that we currently have an alcohol level, which we believe is a good level and we believe it's a good law. What is needed is proper law enforcement of the current law and proper prosecutions in our courts."
