Yengeni due back in court
Updated | By News24
The drunken driving case against Tony Yengeni is expected to be heard in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court today.

The matter was postponed in Yengeni's absence last month in order to get direction on whether the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) would accept his plea negotiation.
It has been two years since the ANC NEC member was arrested in Green Point, Cape Town, after officials allegedly noticed that he did not appear to have proper control of his Maserati.
Yengeni was alleged to have driven with a blood-alcohol level of 0.25% which is five times the legal limit of 0.05%.
He is out on R500 bail.
