A year ago today, Ramaphosa confirmed hard lockdown for SA

It's exactly a year since President Cyril Ramaphosa imposed a 21-day hard lockdown - as South Africans came to terms with the reality of COVID-19.

Back then, the country had recorded 402 cases.
