Workers held up in Chatsworth centre robbery

Staff members at B. Nagiah's Express in Bayview are receiving counselling after an armed robbery.
The company's Colette Pillay says the manager was accosted by two armed men while opening the butchery at Chatsworth Centre yesterday.
They stole an undisclosed amount of cash and cellphones before speeding away in a getaway vehicle, carrying two other occupants.
Pillay says the manager has been receiving treatment.
"During the trading hours we do provide 100 percent security from our side, as well as the mall staff. It is just unfortunate that this had to happen prior to our trading times. There were only two employees that were involved in this," said Pillay.
"They will receive any further counselling that is required and needed. The manager will be fine, she has several minor injuries and has gone to counselling," she said.
