Woolworths ends in-store customer searches
Updated | By Jarryd Subroyen
Woolworths says it will stop searching customers entering its stores in KZN.

The move comes after 19 people were arrested in connection with a series of bomb threats in and around Durban earlier this year.
The suspects have been appearing in the Verulam Magistrate's Court.
Woolworths has thanked staff and customers for their continued support over the past few months.
Security personnel began checking customers after several devices were found inside Woolworths stores in the city. Despite moving away from the checks - management says stores will continue to have visible security.
Additional cameras have also been installed to ensure the protection of patrons and staff.
Police believe the group of suspects arrested in connection with the bomb threats is linked to a fatal mosque attack in Verulam.
They're facing charges of murder, kidnapping, arson and contravening the Explosives Act.
