Woman shot, seriously injured in Phoenix
KZN police are searching for a man who shot a woman in Phoenix, north of Durban - leaving her badly wounded.
The clothing factory worker, was shot three times outside the complex, on Hunslet Road, yesterday morning.
The gunman ran away. The police's Thulani Zwane says the 25-year-old woman's in a critical condition in hospital.
"She went outside because there was someone looking for her. While she was outside it is believed there was an argument between her as well as the ex-boyfriend The boyfriend allegedly shot her on her face and police were called. They tried to look for the suspect in the nearby dense bushes but he was not found," he said.
