A woman has been killed in a house fire in the Mandeni area, on the North Coast.

He says two other people were hurt in the blaze.
"The guys managed to break the window, and managed to get one person out - who was in a critical condition. A second person managed to escape by himself, suffered some burns - but didn't go to hospital. The third person unfortunately was stuck in one of the rooms where we believe the fire started, and unfortunately passed away," he said.
