Heavy downpours expected across KZN on Sunday

The wet weather is expected to continue over most of
KwaZulu-Natal tomorrow.
The South African Weather Service has issued a watch for heavy downpours in the eastern and northern regions of the province.
“We are expecting an 80-percent chance of showers and thundershowers over the eastern parts of KwaZulu-Natal, otherwise a 60-percent chance of showers and thundershowers in other areas,” said forecaster Stacey Colborne.
She says Durban and Pietermaritzburg are likely to be the areas hardest hit by the rain.
Strong winds are also expected along the coast.
