Weather warning for KZN: Heavy falls & strong winds
The South African Weather Service has warned of extreme weather conditions affecting much of KwaZulu-Natal to continue through Thursday night to Friday morning.
Severe thunderstorms with the possibility of heavy falls and strong, damaging winds are expected to persist in parts of the province.
Insurance companies have also issued a hail warning.
The rain is expected to bring with it some respite from thee recent heat wave, with temperatures forecast in the low to mid twenties on Friday.
