Weather Service warns of severe thunderstorms, heavy rain in parts of KZN

The South African Weather
Service has warned of severe thunderstorms and heavy downpours over parts of
KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday.
The weather service's forecaster Julius Mahlangu says areas like Umgungundlovu, Harry Gwala and Ugu will be affected.
Mahlangu says localised flooding and strong winds should also be anticipated.

"There is also a possibility of some hail which may cause damage to infrastructure. People are advised to be very careful in those areas.
"For tomorrow (Thursday), we are expecting some thunderstorms also in the afternoons but mainly 60% over the South Western part of the province; otherwise, it will be just isolated 30%."
