Wayde van Niekerk receives new sports car
Olympic gold medalist, Wayde van Niekerk has been presented with a dream sports car on his arrival back home from the Rio Olympics.
The 400-metre South African champion received the keys to an Audi R8 V10.
Supporters gathered at the OR Tambo International Airport where Van Niekerk and 100-meter Olympic finalist and national champion Akani Simbine touched down after competing at the Paris Diamond League meeting in France shortly after the Olympics.
Simbine and Van Niekerk's coach arrived with the gold medallist.
