Updated | By Puseletso Petersen
South Coast residents who've been without water for days can expect to have supply restored by today. This is according to the Ugu District Municipality.

A blockage at the Bhobhoyi Water Supply System affected its water network - cutting supply to many areas.
On Thursday, local government authorities said they had dispatched a task team consisting of engineers and other experts to assist local teams that have been working on the problem.

Ugu Mayor, Mondli Ciliza has told Newswatch they're now waiting for the reservoirs to fill up which sometimes takes time.
