A Durban woman is still shaken - after a pedestrian snatched her wig through the driver's window in peak hour traffic on the M4 bridge, near the Durban CBD.

Charlene Cross - whose vehicle was behind the woman's - has told Newswatch in an email the incident took place near the Warwick Triangle - heading southbound onto the Southern Freeway last Tuesday.
On the dashcam footage, the man is seen reaching into the driver's window before grabbing the wig. He then turns in the direction of oncoming traffic and flees on foot.
Cross says she then tried to stop and assist the motorist.

"I followed her and flashed her down and just tried to calm her down, she was shaking and crying and couldn't talk, she gave me her cell phone and I put my name and number in it so she could let me know that she was safely home."
