WATCH LIVE: Ramaphosa to face MPs in National Assembly
Updated | By Newswatch
President Cyril Ramaphosa will appear before MPs in the National Assembly on Thursday with a cloud over his head.
All eyes will be on Ramaphosa who'll present the Presidency's budget vote.
Whether it'll be a smooth affair remains to be scene after the EFF said it won't allow the president to speak.
The party's Julius Malema says Ramaphosa who's under a criminal investigation should step aside.
He's been accused of kidnapping and bribing robbers who stole more than $4 million from his Limpopo farm.
The allegations came to light a week ago after former spy boss Arthur Fraser laid a criminal complaint against him.
Ramaphosa's denied wrongdoing, saying he'll cooperate with investigators.
Deputy President David Mabuza on Wednesday said that law enforcement agencies should be given space to investigate.
