WATCH: Firefighters battle Glenmore house fire, three dogs rescued

eThekwini Firefighters are working to extinguish a blaze that's engulfed a house in Kinmont Crescent, Glenmore this morning. UPDATE: The fire that had engulfed a house in Kinmont Crescent, Glenmore this morning has been put out. Investigations are ongoing.
Rescue Care's Ceron Lennox says emergency services on scene were able to rescue three dogs from the home.
She says no injuries have been reported.

"The fire department is all over the place trying to extinguish the fire. We arrived at a house that's on fire - from smouldering to absolutely blazing in flames. The house is still well alight. The husband and wife have come out and there are no injuries at the moment," she said.
Several birds have perished in the blaze.
