WATCH: Another fire at China Emporium in Durban

Firefighters have extinguished another blaze at the China Emporium building.
Divisional Commander Sfiso Mtshali says teams were on Friday morning busy damping down hotspots on Dr Pixley ka Seme Street.
"We have been suspecting that vagrants have been occupying the space and they might burning some wires inside. We got the fire confined and contained we are currently damping it down and it's been extinguished."

This is the second time the building's caught alight.
Firefighters took almost a week to put out last year's blaze in January.
Thirteen people were injured.
The eThekwini Municipality has since announced plans to demolish the structure.
