Using a car seat correctly can save your child's life

Many road users do not understand the importance of strapping children securely into car seats, even of travelling for a short trip.
That is the view of KwaZulu-Natal Emergency Medical Services' spokesperson, Robert Mckenzie.

Mckenzie says children who are not properly strapped into an age and weight-appropriate car seat can sustain serious and even fatal injuries.
