UPDATE: Death toll rises to 14 in Randfontein crash
Officials have confirmed another person has died in hospital following a major accident in Randfontein, west of Johannesburg earlier today.
This brings the death toll to 14.
A truck and a minibus taxi crashed into each other on the R41.

The initial death toll was put at 15 but according to Netcare 911, it was revised down to 13 after paramedics managed to resuscitate two people.
Police on the West Rand have begun their investigation into the cause of the accident.
One other person remains in critical condition in hospital.
