"When we buy water from Umgeni, that water is treated very well to ensure that what will go to residents is something that is safe to drink.
"So we pay much attention to that because it is an obligation to the municipality as a water service authority to ensure that what it gives to people is something that is drinkable and won’t cause people to get sick or cause diseases. Our teams have to ensure that water is safe to drink."
