Umlazi residents demand answers from eThekwini over incomplete housing

Umlazi hostel residents marched through the CBD on Saturday demanding answers from the municipality on an unfinished housing project in T-section.
Marchers handed over a list of their demands to city officials and want answers within a week over the multi-phase development which was due to be completed by 2011.

eThekwini's Municipality's Bheki Mngwengwe says they'll be investigating the matter.
"They gave us seven working days to respond to their memorandum and we promise them that definitely within that seven day we will respond," he said.
