UKZN protest: Frustration after canceled lectures, closed libraries
Protests are continuing at the University of KwaZulu-Natal's Howard College campus.
Protesters earlier gathered inside the Howard College building - singing struggle songs.
They are now being addressed by the SRC.
Third year law students, Kiasha Chetty and Kashmita Nundlall say they are frustrated by the ongoing disruptions.
"Our double lecture just got cancelled and we were supposed to do a lot of work in that time and now it's cancelled. It's really annoying," Chetty said.
"Our libraries are closed so we are unable to get most of our work done. We don't have access to books or photocopying facilities," Nundlall said.

There have been demonstrations at UKZN for the past two weeks as general workers want to be employed directly by the university. Some students have joined the protest in solidarity.
