Two weather warnings issued for KZN

KwaZulu-Natal residents have been advised to stay away from the province’s beach fronts on Wednesday.
The South African Weather Service has issued a Yellow Level 2 alert.
The weather office says windy conditions along the coast could also disrupt operations and other activities at the ports.
"We are expecting quite strong winds and the wave highs to reach up to 7.5 metres," says forecaster Ayanda Nsele.

Meanwhile, there are two warnings in place for Tuesday afternoon.
The first is a lower-level alert for strong winds in north-western KZN.
Nsele says they are already blowing through areas including Ladysmith and Newcastle.
The south-east of the province is on a Yellow Level 2 warning for heavy thunderstorms this afternoon.
"It will be affecting the south-eastern parts of the Harry Gwala district, Ugu and eThekwini,” says Nsele.
