Two people injured in Sandton structural collapse: paramedics
Emergency personnel are on scene in Sandton where a structure has collapsed on the corner of West Street and Rivonia Road.
ER24 says two men were critically injured when they fell through some scaffolding.
"Paramedics immediately assessed both men and found that they were in a critical condition, having sustained numerous injuries. Fire services began to evacuate the construction site while paramedics treated the patients and provided them with numerous advanced life support interventions," says ER24's Russell Meiring.
