Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) has arrested two police officers for allegedly torturing a man to death in Estcourt.
The police watchdog says the officials were nabbed in Amangwe on Tuesday.
Officials received a report that a suspect was found dead.
It's believed the officials picked the man up from the CBD before he was reported missing.
