Updated | By Shaun Ryan
Two people have been killed in an accident on the N2 near Park Rynie on the south coast.

The car they'd been travelling in rolled just after midnight.
KZN Emergency Medical Services' Robert Mckenzie says a third person was also hurt in the accident.

"When paramedics assessed the scene they found that sadly two people, a man aged about 40 and a woman also aged about 40, had sadly passed away.
"They treated another man at the scene before transporting him to a local hospital for continued medical care. The exact cause of the crash is not known and will be investigated by police," he said.
Mckenzie says the car overturned several times, coming to a rest on its wheels in the centre median. No other vehicles appear to have been involved in the crash.
