Two killed in N3 motorbike crash near Peacevale
Updated | By Shaun Ryan
A man and woman both in their 50s have been killed after their motorbike crashed into a roadside barrier on the N3 Southbound near Peacevale, West of Durban.
Emergency services say the victim's bodies were found down an embankment some distance from the bike.
The driver is believed to have lost control of the bike causing them to crash into the barrier.
Transport's Zinhle Mngomezulu says the accident has been cleared.
''The cause of the accident is unknown at this stage and the investigation is underway. We had an obstruction on the freeway but we have managed to clear the scene now,'' she said.
