Two killed in Fields Hill head on crash
Two people have died following a head on collision along the M13 at the bottom of Fields Hill, Pinetown.
At this stage not much is known regarding the crash yesterday evening however authorities have initiated investigations.
Rescue Care paramedics along with those from other services responded to find that both the male and female who'd died were travelling in the same vehicle.
The service's Rowan Scandroglio explains.
"Paramedics assessed the male and female occupants who were entrapped in one of the vehicles however they had both sustained fatal injuries", he said.
"The driver of the other vehicle sustained no injuries from the accident a Netcare 911 unit was called to the scene and assisted in extricating of the deceased", Scandroglio said.
