Updated | By Lauren Beukes
Two people accused of insurance fraud will have to present themselves in the Durban Regional Court.
The duo were served with summons on Tuesday to appear in court in two months' time.
It's alleged the 33-year-old suspect applied for the R6.5 million life cover with an insurer in February 2020 - listing the 45-year-old as a beneficiary.
Three months later, the beneficiary submitted a claim alleging the insured person had died.
