Two bodies recovered in Inanda Dam drowning incidents

Two people have drowned in Inanda Dam, in Durban's Outer West. Police divers were at the dam yesterday to continue their search for 31-year-old Mnqobi Ndlovu - who disappeared beneath the water on Sunday.
Police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says they located his body just after midday.
"The team conducted a surface search with the police. Shortly after midday, the body was located on the surface and recovered. An inquest docket was then opened for investigation at the police station," Gwala said.

As they were preparing to leave, the police divers received a report of another drowning - this time involving a teenage boy.
"The K9 Unit was stationed at the area - a dive operation was then conducted where the body of 14-year-old victim, Khulekani Cibi, was recovered. A new inquest docket was opened for investigation," Gwala said.
