Two suspects have been taken into police custody - on charges of attempted murder in Isipingo, south of Durban.

They were nabbed shortly after a man was shot in the back on Friday evening.
The police’s Nqobile Gwala says the suspects are 24 and 29 years old. She says the victim’s in hospital.
"The motive for the attack is still unknown at this stage. One of the suspects was found being in the possession of an unlicensed firearm after they attempted to point it at a police officer. They are expected to appear in court on Tuesday," Gwala said.
