Two women have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a 10-year-old Clairwood boy.
Luyanda Msomi’s body was found by police search and rescue officers in a dense bush in the Montclair area, south of Durban, at the weekend.
Msomi and his friend, Njabulo Mankayi were last seen on Tuesday after boarding a bus together after school.
A frantic search for Mankayi continues. SAPS spokesperson, Thembeka Mbhele says a woman was taken in for questioning on Saturday.

She says another woman was arrested after Msomi’s body was discovered.
"There was another male who was detained for questioning but he hasn't been charged yet. We are still searching at the scene for the body in the water - with the search and rescue team. It is alleged that the body was thrown into the dam," she says.
