Truck driver involved in tragic Jozini crash to apply for bail

The man, behind the wheel of a truck, that crashed in Jozini - killing eight people - will ask for bail next month.
Sipho Ntuli's facing drunk driving and culpable homicide charges in connection with the June collision.
He'd previously abandoned his bid for bail.
Thuli faces eight counts of culpable homicide and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The matter was remanded to the third of September from a bail application.
The NPA's Natasha Kara says the 43-year-old appeared in the Ubombo Magistrate's Court yesterday.
His heavy duty combination truck ploughed into pedestrians and vehicles near the Jozini Clinic - leaving 32 people hurt.
