Tributes pour in for slain Durban guesthouse owner

There's been a stream of condolences for the family of an elderly Durban guesthouse owner who's been murdered.

The body of 69-year-old Jacqueline Needham was found by workers at the Glenwood property on Thursday.
Her hands and feet had been bound and she sustained multiple injuries to the head.
Police say the house was ransacked and about R350 000 worth of items were taken.
They are hunting for her killers.
Ward Councillor Sakhile Mngadi says the community is angry.

"It is certainly alarming that the sweetest kindest person you could ever meet, somebody who did some much for our community. She fed the homeless regularly.
"She was quite an active and vocal member of the greater Glenwood area. To have this happen to her is really heartbreaking and has shaken up a lot of people in our community.
"I believe she has been living for over 20 years on the property and it was a B&B that she had converted it into."
Umbilo SAPS is investigating a case of murder and business robbery.
