Traditional healer, three others gunned in Charlestown

Police are still searching for at least four men who gunned down a traditional leader and three others near Newcastle.

The four victims were shot and killed on Sunday in Charlestown.
The KZN police's Robert Netshiunda says Induna Lucia Nonina Mahlaba was attacked at her homestead, along with her 22-year-old son and his friend.

A neighbour who rushed to their aid was also gunned down.
"It is alleged that unknown suspects opened fire and fatally wounded them. The motive of the killing is unknown,” says Netshiunda.
