Tongaat employee hurt in pie shop robbery
An employee at a pie shop in Tongaat, north of Durban, was been rushed to hospital after an armed robbery there.
The woman was assaulted during this morning's ordeal.
Reports from the scene are that two armed men entered the shop along Gopalall Hurbans Road and hit the woman with the butt of a gun.

IPSS Medical Rescue's Paul Herbst said their belongings and some of the cash was also taken.
"Police are currently standing off and doing an investigation," he added.
