Three women hurt in Limpopo crash
Three women have sustained several injuries in a car accident on the N1 highway in Limpopo.
Paramedics say the women were hurt when their car overturned near Kranskop.
They were found outside the vehicle when paramedics arrived on the scene.
"One of them was found trapped inside of the vehicle. Two of the women sustained critical injuries and was placed on life support on the incident. The third sustained a fracture to her leg and other injuries. She was in a moderate condition," ER24 paramedics said.
An emergency medical helicopter was called to the scene to airlift one of them to hospital. The other two was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
Meanwhile, in Durban, a man and a woman were hurt after two vehicles collided. One of the vehicles then veered off the roadway and crashed into a house on Danville Avenue in Virginia. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
