Three SASSA offices robbed in KZN

Another South African
Social Security Agency (SASSA) office has been hit.
Its is the third such incident in KwaZulu-Natal this month.
In the latest robbery that took place on Thursday, five suspects pointed guns at a teller at a branch in KwaNdengezi, west of Durban.
She was forced to open the gate and door of the back entrance.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Thembeka Mbele said: "She was confronted by a group of armed suspects who instructed her not to make any noise. They forced her to open the safe.

"They took an undisclosed
amount of cash, laptops and cell phones before fleeing the crime scene on foot.
A case of robbery was opened at KwaNdengezi."
Last week, the Howick and Glencoe post offices were broken into on the eve of social grant pay-outs.
Laptops and SASSA cards were stolen.
