Three men injured in separate Durban shooting attacks

KwaZulu-Natal police say three men are recovering in hospital after they were shot in two separate attacks in Berea on Sunday night.

In the first incident, police say two people were sitting in their vehicle when they were approached by three armed suspects at Evered Poole Place.
Officers say the suspects then opened fire, injuring the victims. The two were taken to hospital.
In another incident, police say a man was approached by three suspects on 6th Avenue that night.
Police say the suspects opened fire, injuring the man in his chest and arm.
Charges of attempted murder have been opened at Berea SAPS.
