Updated | By ECR Newswatch
Two men will begin serving a life sentence for the gruesome murder of three men in the Nquthu CBD earlier this year.
26-year-old, Thembinkosi Kubheka, and Sifiso Mkhwanazi, who is 27, were each handed three life terms for three counts of murder and a 45-year sentence for robbery with aggravating circumstances by the Madadeni High Court last week.
In February, two men were found with fatal stab wounds in the Nquthu CBD. Police say their valuables were also missing.
The body of another man was found - also having suffered stab wounds - the next morning in the CBD.
Meanwhile, the high court sentenced 34-year-old, Sandile Kunene to life imprisonment for murder and robbery, involving a hijacking incident in March.
