ALS Paramedics say they were called out to Reservoir Hills
on Saturday night.

Spokesperson Garrith Jamieson says it's believed that two vehicles collided on the M19, causing one to veer off the road and roll down an embankment.
"Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found the two occupants in the vehicle that had left the roadway were severy entrapped in the wreckage.
"The passenger, a female in her early twenties, sustained multiple injuries and there was nothing more paramedics could do and she was declared dead at the scene.
"The driver had sustained critical injuries and was severely entrapped. Once freed, the man was rushed to the hospital. However, a short while later he went into cardiac arrest due to his injuries, despite doctors' attempts to resuscitate him he passed away in the hospital."
Jamieson says a short while after that accident, they were called out to South Coast Road for a single-vehicle crash.
"A single vehicle had lost control and overturned coming to rest against a wall. One person was found entrapped underneath the vehicle with fatal injuries. There was nothing more paramedics could do for him and he was declared deceased on the scene."
