Three killed in separate crashes in KZN

Two people have been killed in a triple-truck crash in Amajuba in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
KZN emergency services says two people were treated after the collision on the N11 on Tuesday morning.
The road remains closed.
A pedestrian's also been killed in a crash involving a car and minibus taxi in Pietermaritzburg on Monday morning.
The Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service says the woman was found lying on Dr Chota Motala Road.

Paramedic Craig Botha says the taxi was transporting children to school and 10 of them were injured.
"When emergency services arrived, they found that a vehicle and taxi carrying children to school had been involved in a collision.
"Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that three patients had sustained serious injuries and 12 patients had sustained minor injuries. These patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment."
