Three injured in N3 crash near Spaghetti Junction

Three people have been injured in a
crash that resulted in the total shutdown of the N3 near Spaghetti Junction, heading
towards Durban.

One of the two cars involved in the collision overturned on Thursday morning.
Reports from the scene were that the vehicles had been towed to the side of the road, and traffic was moving again.

ALS Paramedics' Garrith Jamieson said due to congestion on the busy route, emergency first responders initially had trouble accessing the crash scene.
"Paramedics faced challenges reaching the scene and had to go contraflow from the Sherwood off-ramp to gain access to the accident scene.”
