Threats of protests over Bonginkosi Khanyile jailing

Alleged KwaZulu-Natal instigator Bonginkosi Khanyile is going to have to wait another week to hear the outcome of his bail application.
Judgment’s set to be handed down in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old former Fees Must Fall activist made his third appearance in court on Tuesday, since his arrest last month on charges of incitement to commit public violence - during the civil unrest in July.
Spokesperson for Khanyile and his family Philani Nduli says they're disappointed that the matter's been delayed by another week.
"We are very angry. We are saddened, we are heartbroken that Bonginkosi Khanyile was not released.
"We were very hopeful that we were going to go home with him so that he can be able to see his children."
Nduli warns of demonstrations, if Khanyile isn't let out on bail.
"We have done everything in terms of the legal route, but it's a political case.
"It's a case to intimidate all those who are in support of president Zuma and therefore, that is why it's necessary for us to go on the streets to mobilise and fight this issue in a political manner."
