Thousands of holidamakers heading to the coast

The big migration from the inland province to the KwaZulu-Natal coastline is in full swing.
Thousands of people have been making the trip by road from Johannesburg to Durban today.
The N3 Toll Concession said recently that it expected festive season traffic volumes to peak this weekend.

Around 1,900 vehicles per hour passed through the Mooi River Toll Plaza, heading south this morning.

The N3TC is urging motorists to drive carefully and play their part in reducing road accidents.
