The 18-year-old Engineering student was stabbed and robbed inside a lecture hall two weeks ago.

He died in hospital this past weekend after nearly two weeks in ICU.
Student leaders had questioned why the surveillance cameras at the specific lecture hall weren't working on the day of the attack.
DUT Vice-Chancellor Thandwa Mthembu has confirmed some of the cameras were out of service on the day.
"Some of the cameras that were not working had been under maintenance by our security establishment. When some of the cameras are being maintained, others are left working, in order to make sure they at least cover some parts of the university".
“There is video footage, it is with the investigating officer, so it’s not like there wasn't at all," he said.
