Teen critical following Durban pedestrian crash

A 15-year-old girl is in a critical condition after being knocked over by a car while on her way to school in the Rossburgh area - south of Durban this morning.
Emergency services arrived at the scene in Titren Road - and found that the child had suffered extensive injuries. Rescue Care's Ceron Lennox.
"She is critically injured and has now been take through to hospital by advanced life support care paramedics. The driver of the vehicle has also been transported though to hospital," she said.

At this stage, the exact cause of the collision is unknown and authorities are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
