The campaign was launched ahead of World TB Day on the 24th of March. Deputy President David Mabuza, KZN traditional leaders and provincial government representatives attended the launch.
Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says children are the most at risk.
"If there is anyone who has TB within the household, know that the first likely victims will be children", he said.
"Please take them for screening so that we can treat them earlier", Motsoaledi said.
