Taxi ferrying 15 commuters collides with car in Durban

At least 15 people were injured in a crash involving a minibus taxi the Durban CBD on Thursday morning.

While on their way to work, the taxi they were travelling in collided with a car on the corner of Moore and Williams Road.
ALS Paramedics' Garrith Jamieson says the taxi rolled several times, ejecting some passengers before landing on it's roof.

He says they arrived at the scene to find the commuters scattered across the road.
"Approximately 15 people have sustained various injuries ranging from moderate to serious were stabilised on scene by advanced life support paramedics before they were transported to various hospital for the further care that they required.
"At this stage, events up to the collision are unknown, however SAPS are in attendance and will be investigating further."
