Swazi man appears in court for rape, abduction
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
The case against a Swazi man accused of human trafficking, abduction, rape and immigration law contraventions, has been postponed in the Durban Magistrate's Court.

The 40-year-old is alleged to have abducted three children aged five, seven and 13 in Swaziland last year.
The National Prosecuting Authority says the matter was adjourned until July 5 for further investigation.
It also says the charges of rape and contravention of the Immigration Act against the accused are provisional.
At the time of his arrest, police said the accused allegedly repeatedly raped and impregnated a 13-year-old girl.
The children were rescued last week and put in a place of safety.
