Suspected hijacker shot dead on the Bluff

An alleged hijacker was shot and killed in the Bluff area, south of Durban, on Sunday night.
Kyle van Reenen, who is from Emer-G-Med paramedics, says they responded to the scene on Bluff Road.
Their paramedics also found another man injured in the alleged hijacking.
"Reports from the scene are that a male sustained multiple stab wounds in an alleged hijacking incident"

"One male believed to be one of the suspects was found to have sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on arrival of paramedics.
"The facts surrounding the incident and the events preceding it are unclear and will form the subject of a South African Police Services investigation," says Van Reenen.
